1. Ensure clean environment.
2. Stop urinating in the open.
3. Let the buses retain their original seats.
4. Stop packing people like sardine.
5. Ensure steady power supply (NEPA is afflicted by demons.)
6. Give the vegetables triple wash.
7. Handle the edibles in a hygienic way. (Edibles include meat, fish, peeled fruits, garri, etc).
8. Stop blocking the water ways by dumping refuse into the gullies.
9. Stop pouring waste water into the main roads.
10. Reduce noise in the environment (music shops take note.)
11. Stop causing hypertension (by worrying, anxiety, ).
12. Stop stealing company materials (letterheads, pens, books, properties, money, etc).
13. Do not let immediate benefits take away your great and long-lasting benefits.

1. Seek and find the truth (not church or religion).
2. Attend to the needs of one another. (You have both earthly and heavenly accounts. You increase the earthly accounts by putting money into it. True or false? You increase your heavenly account by giving to others, by helping them, by providing for their needs, by ensuring their welfare. For example, a person stopped giving help to people for three years. In other words, for three years, no payment or increase in his heavenly accounts.)
3. Seek self-knowledge.
4. Observe quiet times for rest, for health and for spiritual growth.
5. Engage in meditation. (The hands and legs of spirit are intention and attention, just as the hands and legs are the working tools of the body.)
6. Keep the laws of God. (Not man-made doctrines).
7. Study the scriptures to improve your spirituality.
